Doug was raised in Colorado, spending all of his time as a young man in the Rocky Mountains hunting and fishing. His love of the outdoors and hunting has taken him around the world.
His love for hunting and conservation has extended to his family and friends. Even with his extensive experiences hunting around the world, his first passion is elk hunting. The friends made from hunting and guiding are priceless and have become family.
He is dedicated in providing a quality hunting experience!

Hayden Spencer - Lead Archery Guide
Hayden was born and raised in Northern Colorado. He spends all of his time surrounding himself with hunting, fishing and archery. 2009 he started guiding and outfitting elk hunts with his father and now loves to share that passion with friends.
His first job was in a fly shop. Soon he started to guide fly fishing trips in Roosevelt National Forrest and Rocky Mountain National Park.
For six years Hayden also worked for a youth organization instructing archery, fly and spin fishing and trap shooting. He enjoyed mentoring and organizing youth pronghorn, deer, elk and upland hunts for the program.

Growing up in the beautiful and majestic Rocky Mountains, outdoor activities were common and gratefully explored. Joining my father on elk hunts at a young age, I was hooked and have been sharpening my skills ever since. Spending years archery hunting in Colorado, I can confidently confirm that the key to happiness has been found in bows, bugles and beers back at the lodge.
